**When you contact us.** If you fill in the form on this site we collect your name, phone number,

email address if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. We collect this because you

asked us to get in touch, and we use it to do exactly that.

**Automatically.** Like most websites we use Google Analytics, which records things like which

pages you looked at, roughly where you are, and what kind of device you used. This is anonymous

and we use it to understand which parts of the site are useful.

We use your contact details to answer your enquiry and to do the work if you hire us.

**We do not sell your information.** We do not share it with anyone except the services we need to

run the business, such as our email provider, our website host, and our analytics provider.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we might reasonably need them for the work and our records, and

then deleted. Analytics data expires on our provider's normal schedule.

This site uses a small number of cookies so that analytics works. It does not use advertising

cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising. When you first arrive you can accept or

reject them, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Nothing beyond what the site needs to function

loads until you choose. You can change your mind at any time using the link in the footer.

only if the client runs advertising tags, sells into the EU or UK, is not an SBA small business,

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
